The Independence Visitor Center Corporation (IVCC) is a private, non-profit organization that supports the hospitality and tourism industries and promotes the diverse historical, cultural, entertainment, and leisure aspects of the five-county Greater Philadelphia region, which includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

Special Events Facilitator
The IVCC has an opening available for a part-time Special Events Facilitator. The ideal candidate is hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented, and energetic, with experience in event planning, hospitality, and customer service. The Special Events Facilitator works with the Rental Sales and Events Director to provide client support, event supervision, and operational support for the facility rentals department. The position is part-time and the work schedule will fluctuate around scheduled events.

Visitor Experience Associate (VEA)
The IVCC has multiple opportunities available for its Visitor Experience Associate (VEA) position. The ideal candidate is attentive, outgoing, and energetic, with a background and interest in tourism and hospitality. The VEA provides excellent personalized customer service as the first impression for 2.5 million visitors who start their trip at the Visitor Center each year. The VEA is responsible for greeting visitors, responding to questions, identifying and fulfilling customer needs, selling tickets to more than 100 local tours and attractions, resolving customer complaints or issues, and maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, among other duties.
