Visitor Experience Associate - Parkway Visitor Center and Rocky Shop
Yo Adrian! Help visitors make unforgettable memories visiting “The Steps.” The Rocky Shop VEA is responsible for gift shop sales, sharing maps and information, and promoting an enriching experience for visitors to Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Rocky fans and those passionate about Philadelphia’s rich sports history are encouraged to apply.

Visitor Experience Associate - All locations
Visitor Experience Associates work across five center city locations to welcome visitors to Philadelphia and promote all the wonderful things to do in our city and region. VEAs engage with tourists and local visitors of all ages; greeting guests with a positive cheerful manner, answering questions about what to see and do; and selling souvenirs and tickets to tours, museums, attractions, and special exhibits.
