Marketing and Communications Coordinator
The Independence Visitor Center Corporation (IVCC) is seeking a motivated and talented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to assist in the curation, creation, and publication of both print and digital content, including but not limited to: brochures, signage, ad placements, internal communications, social media, website, and in-building digital displays. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for producing communications and marketing materials to represent and promote the Independence Visitor Center Corporation (IVCC) and its entities, which include the Independence Visitor Center, its satellite locations, Philly PHLASH® Downtown Loop, and The Liberty View Meetings and Event Space.

Visitor Experience Associate (VEA)
The IVCC has multiple opportunities available for its Visitor Experience Associate (VEA) position. The ideal candidate is attentive, outgoing, and energetic, with a background and interest in tourism and hospitality. The VEA provides excellent, personalized customer service as the first impression for 2.5 million visitors who start their trip at the Visitor Center each year.  The VEA is responsible for greeting visitors, responding to questions, identifying and fulfilling customer needs, selling tickets to more than 100 local tours and attractions, resolving customer complaints or issues, and maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, among other duties.
