Halloween in the Historic District
Join us October 19!
Join us for a spooky day of family fun in Philadelphia’s Historic District! On Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Start your adventure at the Independence Visitor Center, where we’ll be handing out treat bags and maps for all trick-or-treaters. The map will guide you to participating organizations throughout the district, some offering special events, programs, and of course, candy! Pumpkin painting + giveaways with Crayola Experience will be happening inside the Independence Visitor Center beginning at 11:00 am.

Start at the Independence Visitor Center
The Independence Visitor Center is your first stop for Halloween fun. We will be giving out trick-or-treat bags and candy at the information desk. Pumpkin painting + giveaways with Crayola Experience will begin at 11 a.m. while supplies last.

To celebrate the Fall season, join Art Star for a pop up craft market right outside our shop inside the Independence Visitor Center on Saturday, October 18! 10 local vendors will be set up with their wares so come shop their selections of jewelry, prints, baked goods, homemade chocolates, art, housewares, and more! Stop into Art Star to check out our fresh stock of items by even more local artists and also be sure to visit our mini art print vending machine by illustrator, Fabiola Lara. Her philly-centric mini prints are just $1 and are great for collecting and trading.
