Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop

The Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop is the most convenient and affordable transportation, with 22 stops located near popular tourist destinations throughout Philadelphia. 

Its route provides access to the city's most popular sites, with stops near Penn’s Landing, the National Museum of Jewish American History, The Barnes Foundation, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum, the Perelman Building, Eastern State Penitentiary, The Franklin Institute, National Constitution Center, Pennsylvania Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market, the Shops at Liberty Place, the Please Touch Museum, the Philadelphia Zoo, One Liberty Observation Deck, and the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University.

The PHLASH is only $2 per ride or $5 per day. Passes are available onboard with exact change, at any Visitor Center location, or online. Children under 4, senior citizens, SEPTA pass holders, and Philly STAMP holders always ride free! All PHLASH vehicles are temperature controlled and wheelchair accessible. 

PHLASH is a seasonal transit service that operates daily service in the summer, and Friday - Sunday service in the fall and spring. There is no service in the months of January and February.
